Neo-Confucianism Seminar at Columbia this Friday

The next session of the Columbia University Seminar on Neo-Confucian Studies will convene on Friday, November 13, 2009, from 4:00 to 6:00pm in the Common Room of the Heyman Center for the Humanities at Columbia University.

Professor Tao Jiang of Rutgers will present the paper “Conceptions of Spiritual Freedom in Classical Chinese Thought.”

All are welcome to attend.   Please feel free to forward this message to interested colleagues.  Please join us afterward for dinner at Columbia Cottage restaurant, which is located on the corner of Amsterdam and 111th Streets.
